Welcome - About the Club
Welcome
The club is composed of informal wine drinkers, with wines in the main from the Languedoc and Rhone regions in France. The objective is to make available at best cost and quality the wonderful variety and styles of Southern French wines. These regions have become one of the world's most interesting and innovative wine making areas with a huge range of quality wines at good price. Also in recent years wines have been sourced from the Rioja area of Spain, an area historically allied to France through grape varieties and now quality. In addition, in the last two years, popular wines from Bordeaux in France, Galica in Spain and DAO in Portugal were added to the list and they have proved to have been great choices and popular additions. All our wines are shipped into Ireland and arrival is coordinated to ensure smooth distribution.
By participating, the member can experience these tastes and at the same time support progressive (family in most cases) producers in the various regions. The wines are exclusive to the Club. It is unusually to have wines shipped on mixed pallets and this allows you have a wide range of wines available for you to enjoy.
The process of new wine selection, as new varieties and tastes arise or are offered, involves the members from time to time.
Les Bluffeurs Wine club is essentially an exercise in co-operative buying. The strength is in the numbers. The price is dependent on your continued and regular involvement. New members are most welcome and spreading the word is essential and a great source of keeping the club active.

New MembersNew members may opt to broaden their taste experience through ordering a selection of mixed cases. Mixed cases are listed and have 3 or 2 bottles of different wines from different vineyards/Domaines. If you would like to sample up to 12 different bottles, please contact me, as your order cannot be processed through the online ordering system.
