Description:

This wine is made from a selection of the chateau's best vines. It represents the quintessence of their production and the best expression of the terroir. After being made traditionally, the wine is matured for 12 months, half in new wooden barrels and the other half in “demimuids.” The wine is bottled at the Château. It is a dark, garnet-red colored wine. It’s very expressive scented bouquet exhales the strong aromas of red and black fruits with notes of vanilla. In the mouth, its structure is concentrated but round. Its very persistent fruitiness leaves an impression of powerfulness which denotes its great potential. It is a wine for aging with a projected maturity of 3 years. It can be kept for almost 10 years.

Collection & Delivery

Wines will be avilable for collection at the designated collection points in Dublin, Westport, Dundalk, Cork and Galway usually within 4 / 5  weeks of the closing date of the order window.  If you have any issue with the designated date of collection simply contact me directly.

Returns

This is an exercise in co-operative buying; the strength is in the numbers and maximizing the pallet spaces available on each shipment – maintaining the price is dependent on your involvement and full pallets.   I will take / buy back anything that you do not like - or make a suitable swop if I can offer one.    Also - I remind all - if there are any issues/complaints - please let me know so I can try to rectify the matter.    If you want any advice or guidance, just give me a buzz at any time.
